A monologue is a type of scene in a play where one ("mono") performer gives a long speech, usually directly to the audience.

You are to locate 1 monologue (either comedic or dramatic) that can be performed in approximately 60 seconds each.
The monologue must be contemporary American realism, published sometime after 1900.
They must be monologues from written plays, not films or musicals.
There are no rules for language and content.
You must use monologues from the gender of which you identify.
Please print/copy three (3) copies of your selected monologues: 2 for you and 1 for Clair! You must print each copy separately.
