EARL: Early Childhood Education

This guide is intended for students in the Early Childhood Education program. It will help you locate children's picture books in the Library collection, and conduct research using our online databases.

Toy/Moveable Books

You may see books in the library catalog designated as "toy and moveable," "lift-the-flap," "pop-up," having "die-cut pages," or "on board pages."  Others are described as "interactive" and ask the reader to participate in the story in some way.  Some examples of these "toy" books are collected here.

Books in the Dornish collection (where most of our pop-up books are found) are not available to check out, but you may view them in person on the Bethlehem campus.
