Library Services for Students: Overview

The library strives to assist all the college’s students in their educational endeavors by providing information resources, guiding academic research, and teaching information literacy. We offer:

24/7 Digital Access

  • e-Books, streaming videos, and over 75 research databases

  • EBSCO Discovery Service, our all-inclusive library search tool

  • SpartaCat, online catalog listing library-owned resources that support NCC courses and programs

  • Self-paced learning materials including research guides, tutorials, and library Q&As developed by our librarians

  • Some also include computers and TV monitors for practicing presentations

Library to Go

Items from our physical collections are available by request for quick library pickup or free UPS delivery. Scanning and digital reserves access available when possible, subject to 20-page limit and other copyright considerations.

Interlibrary loan lets you borrow materials we don’t have in our collections from other libraries in our network free of charge.
