Even though Reference books can't be borrowed from the Library, you can still get information from them remotely by using the new Library to Go PLUS scanning service. Just tell us which chapter, section, or page numbers you need, and we will scan those pages and send them to you by e-mail.

Encyclopedias and other reference books give readers an overview of the subject they are researching. They are a good place to start if you're new to a topic, and would like to understand the basic concepts, history, and people connected to it.
