Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Sciences

The NCC Library has many resources available to the students in the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Sciences Program.  This guide will help you locate the resources that you need for your assignments.

There are journals and books available for you to borrow or use in the library.  You can access articles from journals using databases from on campus or off campus.  In addition, there is a list of  recommended websites for sports medicine and athletic training.

If you need any help with these resources, please contact a librarian via phone or email.

Library Services

The Libraries on both campuses are open to NCC students, faculty, and staff.  Everyone must wear a mask in the library.  All services are in operation including using computers and printers.

Librarians: Librarians are available Monday - Saturday via email and chat.  Information for Evonne Loomis eloomis@northampton.edu, librarian for Health Sciences programs is listed on each Allied Health Research Guide.  To connect to the other librarians on duty via chat, click on this link Chat with a Librarian.

Borrowing materials: in addition to visiting the library to borrow materials, the libraries are continuing "Library to Go" which allows you to request materials and have them mailed to you or you can pick them up on campus.  For more information about this click on this link: Library to Go.
