POLS 210G: American Constitutional Law: Citing AI-Generated Content

This guide will help you find information about the United States Constitution and its amendments, including primary sources.

Using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools

Before using an AI tool, such as ChatGPT, to help you develop a research topic or generate content for a paper, check with your professor. Not all professors allow students to use AI, and those who do allow it could have different rules for how you may use it.

If your professor has given permission to use AI, all content that is developed with an AI tool must be cited to avoid plagiarism. The NCC Library's citation guide for AI will help you to construct citations in the three typical formats: MLA, APA, and CMOS (Chicago).
