Online Library Services Student FAQs

Q: What library services are available to NCC online students?

A: NCC online students have access to the full range of library services that are available to all NCC students, faculty and staff.  This includes 24/7 access to all library electronic journals, databases, eBooks and streaming video from off-campus.

Q: How do I login to the NCC Online Library from off-campus?

A: You will be prompted for a username and password to access full-text articles from NCC Library electronic databases and journals.  The username and password combination will be the same that you use to login to "MyNCC".

Q: What if there's something I want that the library doesn't have in its databases?

A: Articles we don't have full-text access to might be available from another library through interlibrary loan (ILL). Submit an ILL article request here and we will try our best to get the article for you. 

Q: I have a question!  Can I talk to a librarian?

A: Yes!  Please fill out a request to schedule a virtual Book a Librarian appointment with a librarian.

Please note that in response to the ongoing public health issues surrounding the coronavirus and to prevent its spread, the Bethlehem campus library is closed
to students, faculty, staff, and the public. The Monroe campus library is open only as a computer lab and for Library to Go pickup.
