Butter Sculpture at the PA Farm Show

One of the highlights of the annual Pennsylvania Farm Show is the unveiling of the butter sculpture. It's like a giant ice sculpture, but made of 1,000 pounds of butter! Themes of this delicious display have included life-size models of cows, scenes of people enjoying food grown in Pennsylvania, and even sports mascots like Swoop, the Philadelphia Eagle, and the Philadelphia Flyers' Gritty.

To view photos of butter sculptures from past farm shows, visit the Lancaster Online website.
