This guide will help you find information about cooking as a profession (including molecular gastronomy and food safety), and restaurant management.

Use Library to Go PLUS for Reference Books!

Even though Reference books can't be borrowed from the Library, you can still get information from them remotely by using the new Library to Go PLUS scanning service. Just tell us which chapter, section, or page numbers you need, and we will scan those pages and send them to you by e-mail.

Submit your request for scanned pages by using the Library to Go PLUS request form.

Reference Books

Print materials located in the Reference section may be used only in the Library. Information from these books may be saved by using the photocopier or scanner. 

To view electronic books from off-campus, enter the same login and password that you use to open your "Student Workday" account.
